I bought my first house in Marbella 21 years ago. I always look back with a smile on my face, the kids still young, the beach within walking distance and the nice moments I shared with wonderful people in social gatherings. I now live slightly outside the city and still enjoy it very much. My years of living here on the Costa now come in handy when guiding and advising my relations for finding ‘their dream home’. I do not do this from a so-called ‘walk-in office’, but from the relationships built. The search for an ideal family home or a holiday apartment is more than just shifting stones. It is a process from orientation to possible purchase. The overall goal is to understand each other on a personal level, that you go deeper into the, sometimes difficult to describe, details and that you clearly implement the wishes for a solid starting point. I always say it is a kind of “friendship” in which you get to know each other well and work together towards a nice result in a pleasant way. And …… .. these “friendships” have become friendships. Making people happy gives me a lot of satisfaction in my work.
